Recruited and led a team of over 20 people to produce a thesis film. Created a streamlined hybrid 2D/3D animation pipeline to emulate a unique style and maximize production efficiency. Used technical understanding to manage all departments, including illustration, animation, modeling, sound design, rendering, and compositing.

Worked on a Mandalorian-style TV production set where I designed environments to be projected live on a screen with feedback from directors and producers. Assisted with lighting, texturing, and optimization both in pre-production and live on set.
